Stir-Fry Vegetables with Chicken

Finally, I managed to sit down and write out my first recipe. Its relatively a very simple stir fry vegetable dish and takes hardly 15 minutes to make it.

It is what I call a lazy cooking for a lazy day but yet simply complete and does not need any other dishes to go with :-). My kids usually relish it...and so do I :-)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes| Cooking Time: 5 minutes| Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients :-
  1. 1 1/2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

  7. 1/4  chicken stock cube
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 teaspoon soya sauce/any vegetable or liquid seasoning/oyster sauce
  10. 2 Dash of white pepper
  11. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  12. You could also add in baby corn and green peas whole vegetable
Method
  1. Soak the vegetables in hot boiling water , keep aside and cover
  2. Heat up wok/pan and add the cooking oil - medium heat
  3. Add garlic and ginger into the oil and fry them till the garlic is rich golden yellow, make sure not to burn the garlic.

  5. While waiting for chicken to cook, drain out water from the vegetables. Add into the wok once the chicken is cooked.
  6. After tossing in the vegetables, give it a few stirs and mix well and immediately take out to ensure the vegetables are not overcooked.
